Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Course Notes

For face-to-face classes, please remember to sign the attendance sheet both at the beginning and at the end of each session for the calculation of CPD hours. Participants who fail to sign the attendance sheet as instructed will be treated as absent.
For virtual classes, please enter the virtual meeting room 15 minutes before the class starts. You will be required to present your identification document (you may cover the ID number and other personal information) for identity verification by matching your photo and name.
According to the requirements of the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ), any lateness or time spent away from the class during the session will be counted as accumulated absence. If the total absence time reaches 15 minutes or more, the training hours will be deducted, with the minimum deduction unit being 0.5 hour. Participants who are late by 30 minutes or more will not be awarded any training hours, regardless of the class duration.
The time displayed on the company’s or the course organiser’s clock shall prevail for attendance records.
